Therapies:
I offer a Free Initial Consultation of half-an-hour either face-to-face or by phone. At the end of that half-hour you can if you wish choose to go on to a full consultation.
This free half hour gives you an opportunity to tell me briefly about your problem, find out more about therapy and ask any questions you may have.
It also gives me an opportunity to decide whether the kind of therapy I offer is suitable for you and your particular needs. I will only work with clients who I genuinely feel I can help.
The cost of a standard 50 minute session is £45. I keep costs lower in order to encourage clients to attend a sequence of sessions, as this is often more beneficial in the long-run.
Clients usually attend for an average of between 3 and 7 sessions depending upon their needs and the nature of their problem. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly. Typically it is more beneficial to attend more frequently at first and then spread out any later sessions over a longer time to monitor progress.
Having said this, treatments can sometimes be as short as one session or two sessions if the help needed short-term and is for something very specific like an upcoming interview or audition.
Payment can be made electronically, by cash or by cheque.

Mindfulness Cruises:£130 per person per full day session, all refreshments including lunch are provided.
Best Interests Assessments: £290 per assessment plus mileage
